Either Minny or Gallente.

Must be :

1) Pure PVP trained. No wasted SP on mining and such nastyness.
2) Must be race trained in one of the other - or both. No lasors or scourge missile firing skills please.
3) 20-30m SP is ideal - nothing trained bigger than a BS.
4) No corp history.

I can pay a bit extra for the right character as I know its a tough list.
