Missing 3rd high-sec static in Thera

Filed a bug report EBR-94104 2 weeks ago.

Since at least 2 weeks we are missing the 3rd high-sec static (type Q063) in Thera. Thera always had 3 null-sec (type: E587), 3 low-sec (type: V898) and 3 high-sec (type Q063) statics. The 3rd high-sec one is missing now.

This is quite bad for Thera logistics.
