I think you would be better putting a idea of what you would like.
there are 2 forces working against each other on this. firstly the value is limited by the sheer insurmountably of being able to use the bpc. lets be fair there are maybe 2 alliances in game who might currently make attempted use of this. And they probably can source one internally.

on the other hand there is the collection value of the bpc. Just having it is maybe worth something to some. If you want serious offers you probably be best off given a serious sell price idea.
