Increase life of market orders from 3 to 6 months

I've noticed that as player numbers decline, market hubs like Dodixie and Hek lose critical mass. This forces many remaining players to make the inconvenient trip to Jita to refit / restock, and thus have less fun.

I propose increasing the maximum life of market orders from 3 months to at least 6 months. This will help mitigate the loss of critical mass as long-term orders will remain alive, providing convenience and liquidity, even if the player behind those orders stops playing for 6 months.
