Minor bug: Heat status on ships climbing without active heated modules

Hello

I always asked myself how i managed to sometimes get to 100% heat status on my mid slots without ever activating an overheated module and today i found out how. It's when you try to active an overheated module on a locked target that is out of range for the module. in my case it was always a web. You can simply stop overheating and start overheating the module again to bring the heat down. that's why i think it's a bug. More in reproduction steps :)


Reproduction Steps
1. Pre overheat Webifier Module
2. Lock any target outside the heated web range
3. Try activate the heated web on the locked target outside its range
4. You will get a message that the object is to far away for the web, but the heat status will now begin to rise until 100%
5. Stopping the overheat on the module will let heat status sink again and reactivating overheat will not let it rise again
