[BUG WORKAROUND] Character picture doesn't transfer from Tranquility.

Bug: No character picture in SiSi server.

Workaround:
1. Dock into station that supports Character Customization
2. Open Character Customization
3. Click "Next" until the portrait selection shows up
4. Click "Finish"

Optional:
To get Neocom picture restart the client.

You might as well grab a free re-sculpt while you're at it...in case you gained (or lost) some weight Lol
