Launcher hangs

Recently tried reinstalling EVE.

Have downloaded the offline install + full package off the website and downloaded a bittorrent version too since the first way didn't work. Doesn't matter which though, every time I launch the game 'exelauncher.exe' is open in task manager but it just goes nowhere as the Launcher never appears...

No errors, never closes, just remains open forever doing nothing.

Please help.

I've posted it to reddit here and some dudes have tried giving me help so far, so some of these things might be helpful for you.

Fixed it! Had to install EVE as normal and then run it first time from a new user. (If you're account isn't admin) Then while logged in as the new user copy the CCP folder from %LOCALAPPDATA%\ to your main user's %LOCALAPPDATA%\ folder and then you can launch properly on your main user account now.

The whole reason this wasn't launching is because upon install the CCP folder wasn't being created in %LOCALAPPDATA%\ due to some permissions clash or something.

Anyway, hope it helps dude.

Meh, I've got no interest in rigging software anymore. That went out with windows 98 years & years ago, if ccp doesn't fix this soon i'm just going to stop paying & go fap or something.
