Who Are We?

The Crimson Order (TCO) is a collection of adult game enthusiasts that has endured for over 12 years, through multiple games. We are influenced heavily by our many active and prior service members, and as such, have created a very structured and cohesive guild that allows for maximum opportunity for members to advance through their own merits. "Guild Drama" is put down with extreme prejudice, as all of us are adults who do this in spite of our jobs, not as our jobs, as is the case in some other guilds. These reasons, along with a strict spiritual adherence to our core principles, have given TCO lasting power that transcends pixels on the screen, and truly has become a collection of friends.

The Crimson Order is historically known for our focus on military operations (PvP, AvA activities). TCO will be very active in capturing and holding territory in any game we participate in. Due of the extent of operations in any PvP game, we are looking for strategic partners in other guilds.

The Crimson Order will also be aggressively pursuing PvE content, and will be actively engaging edge content where available in all of our game chapters.

Why Join The Crimson Order?

Military friendly - many of our leaders and members are active or prior military.
Proven history and staying power - The Crimson Order is not a fly by night guild and has continuously existed for more than ten years in various games while other guilds folded and closed up shop.
Highly structured - we have a structured top-down military organization. When you join, you won't just be in an amorphous blob of members who are left to their own devices.
Awesome environment - when you join The Crimson Order, you are joining a community of fellow gamers. Our members say they keep coming back to TCO for our community.
18+ community - we only accept adult members.
Anti-drama - we don't tolerate drama or power plays.

Our Core Values

Our values define who we are, what we strive for, and where we go in the future. All members of TCO are expected to live, breathe, and act in accordance to these values.

Duty. Honor. Respect. Dignity. Courage. Innovation. Adaptability. Maturity. Distinction.

Our Vision

TCO's vision today builds upon on our past strengths with a focus on providing the best possible experience for our members in the present and into the future.

Our vision is to provide member focused leadership, strong organization, open two-way communication, service to our online community, and a fun and supportive environment. The Crimson Order will strive for excellence in all that it does.

Our History

If we don't know where we came from, how do we know where we are going?

The concept of The Crimson Order began in 2003 when several individuals came together with a common vision and direction for a new organization in Star Wars Galaxies. The ideals of member focused leadership, a clear cut and strong military style structure, open flow of communication, and our core values.

These leaders formed The Crimson Order, which also became known as the 1st Battalion of the 209th Stormtrooper Regiment. The Crimson Order quickly grew to prominence on its server, leading several major military campaigns and bringing together one of the largest alliances seen in the game. The SWG branch of TCO closed up shop in 2011 along with the final server shutdowns.

In 2010, the Crimson Order opened a branch in Star Wars: The Old Republic (TOR). TCO again focused on community building and partnering with other guilds in game. The TOR branch of TCO also became known for its activities in open world PvP.

Other branches of TCO have seen service in the Matrix Online (beta testing), World of Warcraft, EvE Online, Tabula Rasa (beta testing), Age of Conan, and Star Trek Online. More recently, we have been active in The Elder Scrolls Online, ArcheAge, World of Warcraft and soon Star Citizen.

Our Organization

Our focus is to have a fully functioning, independent force in any multiplayer game where we participate. We will cover all aspects of combat, command, training, information, crafting, supply, and dominance of the entire globe.

TCO is organized based on a slightly modified military structure but in line with the lore of each game where we participate. We have a clear chain of command led by the Guildmaster of The Crimson Order. We use the tried and true structure of Company/Platoon/Squad to make up the backbone of our organization. We also have other specialist detachments that will focus on various tasks. The entire structure is constantly reviewed to maximize efficiency.

Promotions in TCO are earned through hard work, talent, and determination. Corruption and nepotism have no place in TCO.

Qualifications to Join

You must have 2 Million skill points.
You must submit a full API upon submitting your application for all your toons.
You must also be at least 18 years of age or older. We do not make exceptions.
You must agree to abide by The Crimson Orders Rules and Regulations without exception.
You must be willing to download and use Discord to participate in The Crimson Order's military operations (PvP, raids, events), to participate in game related seminars and live discussions, and for guild social events.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact any one of our leaders or designated recruiting staff.

Hey all! wanted to bump the thread with a meaningful post and thought I'd briefly introduce myself!

I first started playing EVE in 2010 and found a game that was incredibly exciting in so many ways (station spinning not being one of them). I flew with Nulli Secunda in the 101st Space Marine Force for a year before my laptop started overheating and just couldn't handle playing the game any more. Being a broke college student I was out of luck and wound up going inactive for about 5 years. I'm really excited to be getting back into the game though.

As the recruiting post above explained, we're a multi game guild with a military style chain of command, 18+ with no tolerance for guild or corp drama. We are actively recruiting and are new player friendly. We have brand new players and intermediate players as well as longtime experienced players returning to fly with us. Currently our operations consist primarily of mission running and industrial ops. As a guild TCO has its roots in hardcore PvP and in every game we have a chapter in, PvP content is ultimately our endgame. We're not as hardcore anymore but we are committed. We are adults that do this in spite of our jobs not as our jobs. If you'd like to come fly with a chill group of folks looking to make a name for themselves in the vast EVE universe feel free to contact either myself or Ewel Long in game and remember to fly safe!

Hey everyone!

I'm Shiro Kuo, one of the newer recruits to The Crimson Order, thought I'd introduce myself, and kinda give the rundown on why I think The Crimson Order is a pretty good guild.

I've been playing EvE for a couple of years, learned the ins and outs fairly well and know my way around an energy turret. I've been in a couple of guilds/corps before but this one really stands out as a mature place to play with other people of similar interests. I really like the way they handle themselves and they seem to have the organization part down pretty strongly. I like that I can come in pretty much at anytime, and there will be people to play with.

EvE itself is a pretty big game to get lost in, and I think The Crimson Order is a good place to not only learn the ropes, but also build camaraderie.

Tco, has been an amazing guild. I'v e been with them for a few years. The guild culture is such a wonderful thing. I am very blessed to have every member a part of my life, even the ones that aren't in my gaming chapter. A very structured guild. If you like structure and guild culture, this is the place to be.

Vaulk here,

I've been a fan of TCO for a hot minute, I spent time with these guys in previous games and instead of giving you all the reasons you should consider this Corp over any of the others...I'll explain what these guys aren't:

1. Disorganized - TCO doesn't tolerate disorganization, you won't hear things like "Uhh, I'm not sure" when you ask questions. These boys are mostly ex-military and as such their organization type is para-military.

2. Immature - TCO doesn't allow immaturity, all players that fall under the TCO tag are mature players, mostly in their 30s and have a great deal of experience in MMO culture. We're all adults here, we speak to each other with a great deal of respect and dignity while maintaining that we can still have fun...I mean we're mostly ex-military so the jokes and jabs are never-ending.

3. Unstructured - One of TCO's standard operating procedures is that we don't tolerate guess work. We want to know what works best, we want effective and cooperative gameplay and being competitive is what we strive for. The best way to describe the structure of TCO is that it's a Top Down charted chain of command, no one barks orders and no one expects that everything is aligned dress-right-dress...we just don't run around willy nilly hoping for the best in whatever we do.

4. They don't just let anyone in. One of the reasons I've seen Guilds fall apart over the years (And the most common reason) is because they take anyone and everyone in. You can't just let anyone into your family, we all know there's toxic players out there, there's people who enjoy ruining other players' experience. TCO takes a great deal of care to ensure these toxic people don't pass the application process and with their training program, training NCOs and probation period...they maintain a positive guild culture that's free of "Asshats".

Anyone who's played MMOs in the past knows that the Guild makes the Game, it's not what you play it's who you play it with. If you're looking for something more than just a group of players, if you're looking for something closer to a family, if you're looking for something that you can invest in on a personal level...then you don't have to look any further. Apply to TCO today and come work with us.

I joined TCO just over a year ago, under another game. Initially I was drawn to them because they are a multi-game guild, but over time they have solidified my permanent loyalty. As a whole they are just a solid group of people. They are always organized, always open to ideas and discussion, and drama free. I have never once been treated poorly. I highly recommend you check us out if you are looking for a place to settle in for the long haul.

Organized; military friendly; drama free; 18+ community; fun as hell.

New to the game and vets. Apparently we have cookies, but Ewel must be saving them for new recruits (I'd ask where he has been storing them before you eat any).

Hi Crimson Order! I am searching for a new corp. I am a 35+Mill sp pilot mostly into mining and manufacturing. Do you think I would make a good fit? Do you have mining operations?

Thanks.

Hi everybody, I'm Severrus, but everyone calls me Griff.

I've been with TCO for a couple weeks now and would like to share my experience thus far.

I'm a returning playing from years ago, and as such was a little rusty when I joined TCO. Every member has always been more than helpful; they answer any questions you have, help you get into ships you otherwise may not have been able to afford, and include even the greenest members on Corp. Operations.

TCO is a PvP corporation with a steadily growing Industry side, so there's always plenty to do no matter what your career path. Almost all hours of the day, another member is glad to buddy up in whatever missions or mining you may be doing. More importantly, however, is TCO's rank structure. Comprised primarily of prior service or active duty military, they understand the importance of a structured corporation and unit cohesion; "drama" and unnecessary infighting is stomped out before it can begin. TCO leadership is able to pull this off without being overbearing, a combination that makes for a massively successful corporation.

TCO is currently accepting both Alpha and Omega pilots and is growing rapidly, but in members and in infrastructure. Join us in channel The Crimson Order Recruiting Channel and talk to one of our awesome Officers today!

Im also a ten year army vet and can appreciate what you guys are trying to do.

Hello! I just want to say, that as a old "new" player to EVE, TCO has been a serious benefit to my satisfaction and enjoyment of the game! The clan is extremely helpful: On my first day back and also my first day with TCO, I was wrecked by some less savory players... the TCO members online got me back up and running and even came along to clear the space I was in by running security!

This is a great group of people, and with good leadership. Win-Win!

Wow what a flashback. I knew the guys who originally made this group back in SWG in like 2003.

Assuming it's the same group anyway, which I think it is based on your website.
