Eve launcher error after downtime, everyday for 4 hours

Hello,

I always have this issue after downtime for about 3-4 hours before I can login. I play a few hours before the server goes down everyday and I have no issues what so ever. However as soon as the server goes down and comes back up I'm stuck with a "The operation has timed out error" and I cannot launch the game. I'm able to sign in via the launcher but when I click play that's when the error occurs.

Using loglite all I get is this,

"error: Error when detecting URL change on SSO iframe: SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin "https://launcher.eveonline.com" from accessing a cross-origin frame. 1 https://launcher.eveonline.com/1035/bundles/scriptsa8a8.js?v=51PwVZtMGjTzxWU86jRyFQbgn4wauqXCb2G0ld57lUw1"

After about 2 hours, I'm able to get past the launcher window and then the game either runs at a black screen or the character selection screen gets stuck and all it tells me it is loading. While this is happening, I constantly get the error in loglite,

"Failed to get a valid ballpark in time after trying 30 times." And all it does it repeat the error.

Skip forward another 2 hours or to the next day and Eve runs just fine without any issues or errors up until downtime again.

Any ideas what could be causing this issue. I did submit a bug but all I was told was that it is an anti virus issue however when I turn all the security off the error still occurs, even if it is run as an administrator.

Any help would be great as I would like to play Eve in the evenings since I am located in SE Asia.
