Want to sell my rigged fortizar, got decent business out of it while i used it, its rigged - comes with

Standup L set Missle Flight Processor - 500m value
Standup L set energy Neutralizer Feedback Control I - 500m value
Fortizar itself - 13B

Is along a main pipe close to jita in a non stationed system, with no other citadels in system as far as i know ..

15B - either go first or the use of a third party.
