multiple (account, profile) refresh rate major issue

100hz monitor goes down to 60fps (ie skipping frames) when eve client 60hz monitor is open
tried 2 profiles in windowed mode, fixed fullscreen.

info

windows 10 latest, nvidia 980ti 368.22

monitor 1, acer x34 100hz gsync on/off doesnt matter (workaround frame limiter creates same lag aswell)
monitor 2 acer 60hz
monitor 3 sony tv 60hz

problem

monitor 1: drops down to 60fps when monitor 2 eve client is active
monitor 2: close client it dumps up again
monitor 3: n/a

workaround solution 1: run with gsync on (other issues)

wanted solution: how do i create 2 launchers with 2 cache locations completely seperated, since this is a new launcher issue.
