FCs in public fleets deserve a lot of credit. I'd be happy to get share, but I won't begrudge if FC takes a phat loot.

In public fleets, very often FC is the content provider, not just in charge of a battle when it happens. People expect FC to find fun contents for them. That requirs not only pvp fleet battle skills, but a lot of knowledge and intel and experiences.

I perosnally feel that rewards for good FC is completely justified.
