It doesn't exist in game. The ones from exploration are all BPC.

Some items do have a market entry even though they are not available in game, which is probably where you are seeing them and it's natural that some people will assume that if there is a market entry then they are available to players, but that is not the case with MJDs.

I have seen some large micro jump drive BPOs on contract before.
They could just be bugged drops that dropped original instead of copy.
CCP will probably remove that BPO shortly Roll
