Why would you do this to me?

Please. What happened to you as a child to make you do these things?

Even lost all my market quickbar settings :(

Happened to me too last night.
I spent hours fixing everything and almost getting blown up because of it
and then guess what,,,,, again it updates and deletes, grrr

The client asks to copy old profile, I did what made sense but it failed.
why even ask? why would anyone ever want it deleted during an update?
