NS holes are less dense than in other parts of space. On top of that many populated systems work to push WHs away from their space to keep themselves a bit more secure.

So, yeah -- very few of them out there when you're looking for them from the K-Space side.
Plenty if you're diving chains looking for them from the inside, though.

Yes, NS residents are pushing away WH connections. Yesterday I saw a signature pop up, then 2x rolling yatchs on dscan, then the sig was gone in less than 1 min. I guess they closed the Z971 WH (100k tons total mass) in one pass.

I always thought it was pretty backwards; CCP nerfing connections in W-Space. When you ask people what's so great about W-Space their reply would be something along the lines of "All the connections man, one day you could have a really quiet chain, and the next day it would be super active."

I guess that's meant to be for C2/C4 space only, and C5 space is meant to be drifters online with rattles MJDing out the moment a new sig pops)))
