First of all, despite what others may claim (including CCP), UniWiki is not the best source for information.

CCP hasn't made hardly any changes to Cosmos over the years. I've listed a lot of Information and Cosmos Guides that are still correct and pretty much up to date in this post here.

Secondly, if you want to gain Faction Standings quickly, check out 'The Plan'. It has proven itself time and time again to be the fastest and easiest way to not only repair negative Faction standings, but to also boost positive Faction standings as well.

Last and certainly not least, Algintal is not a system, it's a collection of systems in Gallente space that contain Cosmos Agents and Cosmos Complexes known as the Algintal Constellation :
