Missing Chrismass gifts even its not christmass yet

Today I loged help chanell. I check there and I saw anouncement about christmass gifts at top of page. It says goo chose christmass gifts form CCP

but when i go to page it says its no longer available. How? its not christmass yet. if its not available on chanels motto it says available?
