17 plex disappered in transfer objects from outgame to ingame.

Good day. Over two days I had extracted skillpoints from my character ( More details in my report to technical support. #258152 )
for selling them in Jita (for ISK). This day (16 sept. 2016) I had bought 17 PLEX at the next of Jita system.
Then I transfered them to account, becouse didn't want to move them by ship. After that i reloged and moved all 17 PLEXes to my character.
But when I logged to character again I couldn't find them at all, nowhere, all 17 PLEX just disappered.
