Moving items from Ship containers to Corp Hanger containers

Hi, anyone is else having trouble moving items form containers on ships to containers in Corp hangers.
I move the items to the Corp hanger (they show in Corp Hanger) but the same items still show in Ship container.
I have to undock and re-dock to clear the Ships container.
It looks like it's some sort up update failure in the move process.
