Ship preview Windows Black/Blank/or just wont open.

It has been like this for 3 weeks now. If I try to look at a ship or preview a ship and its skins it will only display a black page. Oddly enough its only this account. If i log into another it works perfectly fine.

Have you figure out a solution for this? I am having the exact same issue.

I have not. It seems to be account based as all my other work fine. I have reset setting and compared and nothing seems to work.
