Can't log into singularity

I just started playing a little over a month ago and have tried to log on the test server singularity at least once a week since. I have tried reading and doing whatever I can to fix this on my own but have had no luck. Wondering if this is because the server hasn't been mirrored since I started playing. Or because I need to ask to have my account activated on the test server. Any help would be very much appreciated.

It is indeed due to the mirror, but we will be mirroring in the next couple of weeks so you'll be able to access then. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Same issue. Have been playing the game since 2006.Three accounts and can't login to Singularity under any of them. Have changed my PW 3 times since the last mirror as well. However, none of them seem to work.

When i try to log in to singularity on a account that was a trail but is now a alpha clone it says that the launcher token is of an invalid format and that im band however this charecter works on tranquility i have looked around and found no fixs for this problem.

I recently chnaged my password on tranquilty because i can't remember my old password but it hasn't been updated on singularity. Can my account be updated or password changed please? or activate please?

I have not changed my password and Sisi is telling me its wrong even though I can log into TQ and the forums.

I changed the password to my account. Now I can not log onto Singularity server. The error message "Invalid username / password". Please update the server change my account.

Same issues, says I'm banned for Account Expiration. Posted on the activation thread a few times and Sent ingame mails to CCP Habakkuk too.

I am having the same issue

Your email address xxxxxx@xxxx.xxx is unfortunately not supported by our email provider and we are unable to send/receive emails from this address. Please file a support ticket to have the issue resolved by following the link below.

i have had this changed on Tranquility. but the test server does not work

Exactly the same issue here too.
Had the same thing on TQ when reactivated account. It's fine now.
