Unbalanced economics of ganking

The simplest solution to make gankers in gore you is to move less stuff.
If you are not profitable target that will require big investment in ships and people - you will be ignored.
Next thing is moving out of higsec - there is plenty of space and alliances you can join.

What does wardeccing a ganker do? They can be shot anywhere without a dec. Roll

CCP Falcon has outlined his thoughts on EVE and touched on this issue Here. I would also point out that PVP can not be avoided in eve. In Fact if you review the EVE FAQ its listed at 7.2 "CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY? No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided"
