Weapon score is directly related to "actual tracking speed". It is not arbitrary.

Weapon score = radians second * 1000 for a base 40m sig target.

You still have to adjust for your targets sig relative to your guns base sig, just now all guns have base sig 40 instead of varying.

So you're saying the REAL stat on the weapon is readily available and not hidden within the game and still directly comparable to the other REAL information that is given in the overview? Oh geeze, do I feel dumb. Roll A weasel is directly related to a bear, but you don't see me slapping a saddle on a weasel and riding it to church.

Maxim 6. If violence wasn’t your last resort, you failed to resort to enough of it.

Yes I am saying the real stat is readily available. Weapon score literally is your tracking speed in rad/s based on a weapon signature res of 40,000.

In the old days you would:

Look at your weapons tracking speed, look at your overview angular velocity, make a single mathematical calculation to adjust for ratio of weapon signature vs target signature

Now you must:

Look at your weapons accuracy score, look at your overview angular velocity, make a single mathematical calculation to adjust for ratio of weapon signature vs target signature.

The only difference is now all weapons have the same signature so its simpler to compare between weapons of different sizes.
