Specifically, Ashlar Vellum, who has apparently never heard of Khadrea's Law, nor the intentions behind it. A Starkmanir pilot less than 18 hrs after graduation makes a pilgrimage to Starkman Prime and while she is in orbit in her Reaper, he decides to add one more corpse to the site of ancient genocide.

She was raised in the Mandate, as a faithful follower of your God. She didn't have any idea what was going on when she asked you why you were shooting at her. 'You look like a spy' is a pretty flimsy excuse for destroying a pod in a place where 'no more harm' is to be done.

Is this what you're teaching your people now, Aldrith? To kill the faithful in places where violence is explicitly prohibited? I'd thought better of you. I'd like to keep thinking better of you. I imagine the others who were party to the conversation in The Summit would, as well.

Your pilot owes his victim an apology, if not outright weregild.

That's all you have to say?
I add my concern as a Matari who is not a Goon.

An Amarr killing what basically is an Amarr..... So anyways.

By his light? I think that's how the Amarr cordially end a post/transmission...

If that's all you have to say in your defense, it actually makes the "Goon" look like a concerned and decent human being.

Since you are part of the paragons of the Amarr Empire, that really puts things in perspetive!

Because the Goon was one of the people talking to her when you attacked her, and even we would consider that a pretty pathetic move.

You will find no answers here. There are many listed ways to contact PIE if one has a genuine concern. None of which direct you here. Certainly, none of which direct one to contact their nearest argumentative mouthpiece to whine openly in public.

This is under investigation and the pilot concerned has been contacted. They are the only pilot deserving of answers.

First of all if someone wants an apology, then that someone should post about it personally. Second, edict states that no further harm shall directly befall this shattered world. Are you really implying any of this happened on that world? Third, someone should learn how to dock or use a cloak when they are in the warzone and there is a siege in a nearby system or at least get away from 14 AU station undock, unless they want to look like a spy.

I do have to ask why are you concerned now Mr Ramal, weren't you the one who didn't want to give aid to victims of Nauplius. What have changed all of a sudden that you are concerned over a capsuleer?

I'm afraid you quite mistake my intentions, Admiral. I'm not looking for answers about why this particular pilot perpetrated this particular crime. I know why: because he's a bloodthirsty piece of offal who'd kill any target of opportunity who couldn't fight back.

PIE has violated Khadrea's Law for fun, and killed a Starkmanir, of all people, to do it. That's a matter for every Matari pilot to be aware of. That's a matter for every Amarr pilot to be aware of. This is the face PIE is presenting to the cluster, until and unless there is a public accounting.

It would be more accurate to admit you have misrepresented your intentions.

I think we all can see now Arrendis intentions already, and I think it would be better to just cease stroking her ego and don't feed her.

Far orbit of the planet is outside the boundaries of Khadrea's Law. It is not prohibited. If she wanted to be protected by it, then she should have gone down on the surface. There is a station in the system from which she could have docked and taken a shuttle.

Secondly, low sec systems, and especially warzone systems, are not safe. PIE is a militia corporation and neutral pilots in warzones are treated as threats. Warzones are battlegrounds, and one must go into them with the expectation of falling under fire. If this pilot was not prepared for that, then they should have not left high security space.

You're attempting to create an issue where there isn't one. I'm disappointed, Arrendis.

A certain event made Arrendis to create a post. Will it count as the damage done?

I wanted to, but I didn't want Sanxing to give aid under the circumstances.
This seemed like something that deserved a better answer from you and PIE.

A rookie vessel and its crew of 1 capsuleer died. Said capsuleer probably had a bit of a headache. What a tragedy.

A lesson well learned. Don't they say that new eggers that get killed within their first free weeks tend to stay in space much longer, instead of retiring their quick fortune?

If you ignore the massive amount that retire regardless of circumstance, then yes. I suppose being compatible with the pod interface doesn't mean you can actually stomach being a capsuleer.
