Slow GUI lagging behind mouse move/clicks

Hi everybody

There is something that I noticed that's been really bothering me for a long time with EVE. I want to ask others if they have the same experience, or maybe it's just my computer that it's too slow?

I am experiencing lag with the GUI. What I mean by this is, when I move windows around, they follow the mouse cursor too slowly and trail behind. When I drop a window into place, I always have to wait for it to catch up to the cursor, to make sure I don't drop it in the wrong place. When I click things, it takes an ever so slight pause before they respond to the event (less than half a second, but noticeable). The overall effect is of a slow, lagging GUI.

I still get this effect with the graphics settings to 'performance', which makes my client run at 50-60 FPS. Not the fastest computer in the world, but I don't believe it is the cause of the problem.

Are any of you also having this problem?
