cannot select character

It loads up the character screen, but only with one account, the one with the most SP. The others appear with a strange background but not information about the alternate characters. if you click on the only option available to you, you get the sound effect, and a blink as if it were going to load, but then the music comes back, and nothing has happened

Similar. Sisi was just updated. I managed to log in ok just before the server was reset. Before the reset, the character selection screen showed which station this character is in and which ship is currently selected.

Logged out manually just before Sisi reset. I was docked when I logged out from Sisi.
The client patched after Sisi was up again, but I can only get to the character selection screen.

I only have one character, I get to the character selection screen and select the character, I get a sound effect and a brief flash of the panel border for the character, but nothing happens. The character selection screen no longer shows which station my character is in or which ship is currently selected.

I've fully logged out and closed the client, then restarted it, several times. I keep getting as far as character selection and cannot go any further.

yeah getting the same issue wanted to get on to try stuff to help with a ongoing ticket with a contracts issue on main server http://prntscr.com/cfb9zy

Yep I'm getting the same issues in PC & MAC with two different accounts..!

I logeed into the SISI earlier with no problems, must be something to do with the reset..!?

Same thing, one account works and the other one just says... conne...conne... but won't connect.

Hi!
It seems like all accounts with active skill training are broken at the moment. I'll reboot Singularity in a few minutes and try to fix this.

that is how my screen looks atm it seems i can click only the first one but it wont load anything. i cleared my cache though that didnt seem to help

Portraits were loaded but I couldn't load or delete characters. After about 4 minutes, the character I selected was finally terminated and I could select my main to log on. It may be extreme latency/lag, not simply unresponsiveness.

hi i have a problem that when it hit the character screen goes black stays black mouse mover esc work properly but nothing else tried at least 10 times logging in reinstalling still nothing is there a glitch there for some
