I wasn't actually being that all sarcastic. Tax evasion is more or less stealing from society as a whole. It might not be the highest crime, but it's much higher than jaywalking. Maybe even assault or piracy, depending on the circumstances.

Due to the announcement of "grand admiral" third fleet ren karetta, our plan to use Purity Skinned ships could be misinterpreted as support for Catpiiss Trash-Murky, it will not be implemented.

Instead the hours for the 927 Roam will be expanded since pilots will not be otherwise engaged in trading frigates for battleships.

Welp..... So much for the element of surprise. Though why anyone who fights the Amarr would want to deck their ship out in the colors of hyper conservative Amarr nationalists is beyond me.
