Anomic Mission Payouts are bugged

The Serpentis Anomic Base and Guristas Anomic Agent missions have reduced payouts compared to other Anomic missions. In -0.14 truesec with Security Connections V and Negotiations V, the payouts are 18532 LP and roughly 6-8 mil isk, whereas other Agent/Team/Base missions all pay out 21489 LP and 7-9 mil isk (including bonuses)

The Blood Anomic Base is even worse. I am to believe its payout is stuck at 1.0 sec regardless of the NPC Agent's system truesec, as it always pays something like 11700 LP and 3-5 mil isk, everywhere in EVE.
