Understanding quality of BPC

I was buying a bpc today and looked at the minerals requirements and was surprised, I thought I understood that evidently I don't.

BPC come in different amounts of requirements depending on the research done on them

1. BPC - no research just a copy, low quality.

2. BPC - 10/20, research done minerals and time efficiency <---I thought this was the best BUT!

3. BPC - 8/12, found there is better as far as minerals are concerned.

Question is, is this the "best" a good quality BPC or what should I be looking for in a BPC?

Material Efficiency 10% and Time Efficiency 20% is the best you can get, double check the numbers and your math.

I'm my own NPC alt.

That's not possible. Sometimes a bug happens when looking at BPC's and you end up looking at a 0/0 BPO.

Making screenshots would erase most of these threads though, since people who do this are forced to take a second look at what they were doing. For example, I'm pretty sure if the OP had made screenshots, he would have noticed his error immediately and we would have been unable to laugh at him. P

Make sure you are using the same facilities for the comparison.
