I don't like dirt, and pressing Clean Ship all the time is getting annoying, can I just have it auto clean when i dock or something?

because clicking "clean" once a month is sooooooo hard

is there a negative effect with a dirty ship?

come to think of it, never had a ship for 1 month

You can turn your Shaders to Medium and never bother with dirt again. Just never turn it back to High, you get eye cancer how filthy your ships look.
