changes to cynos?

I was just reading the thread on venators, and the topic of having to paint a cyno came up. when I saw that, I thought of a change that would slow down the movement of supercapitals.
what if you had to paint a regular cyno in order for super capitals to jump to it?
make it so that the painting mechanism is a capital only module, to prevent it from eating up useful fitting capabilities, it would be lightweight on resources but would be only allowed on capital ships.
so the way it would have to go it that the first ships would light the cyno, then a capital ship jumps to it, locks the cyno beacon, and activates the cyno booster. once the cyno has been boosted the signal is strong enough to be targeted and jumped to by super capital jump engines.
an addendum to this is that a super capital *can* jump to an unboosted cyno but doing so will disrupt the cyno and the back feed of power through the ship lighting the cyno would cause massive internal damage and possibly even destroy it.

IMO, the big issue with cyno's is not hotdropping supercaps.... It's titan bridging.

that could be an addition to this then. you need multiple cyno boosters running at once to allow something that powerful to be activated. that meaning that you need several capital ships already on site and taking time before anyone else gets in.
this is a discussion forum. possibly come up with other methods of doing this.

slow down the movement of supers and make the logistics for them a little more painful.

I honestly don't see the need to slow down supers.... With the recent nerfs to SC's and Titans, a subcap fleet can do plenty of damage to them. Its no longer an "I Win" button to drop 50 Supers on the field, and its now an insanely risky thing to do if you are losing the subcap battle!!

Do you have ANY idea how painful it is to move supers already?

I'm guessing you don't own one.
