Introducing Clone States and the Future of Access to EVE Online - Feedback
The big release in November will fundamentally change New Eden and introduce a way that will let both old and new players take part in EVE Online for free. This is done via Clone States. Alpha states provide free access to EVE, they are also capped at close to 5 million skillpoints and can learn only certain skills. The Omega state is essentially the same as subscription is now. If your subscription runs out, your clone state is automatically set to Alpha (so that you can continue playing, though limited - or you can check out features after a long break). At any time, you can switch from Alpha to Omega. Expired accounts will automatically be activated as Alpha clones. This will go live in November. Please also check out the feedback!

Clone States – Post Announcement Follow-up - Feedback
A quick follow-up after the big announcement of Clone States addressing and summarizing the most commonly heard concerns and thoughts. Thank you, everyone, for this incredibly constructive and great feedback so far! We will keep you up to date, of course, as we move forward.

Command Bursts and the New World of Fleet Boosting - Feedback
With the November release we will remove passive, off-grid boosters and exchange them with new, active, on-grid boosters. This means that
all passive fleet boosts are being removed including the ones from the skills. The skills will now be 100% dedicated to improving your Command Bursts; a skillpoint refund is not planned. CCP Masterplan explains how command boosts will be tracked over time. Time Dilation will have an effect, if in place. Please also check out the Q&A with further info.
