You're right, it does.

The necessary "within" usually gets ommited when people talk about it.

It's visible in the tooltip, though i think that gets ignored most often anyway.
"Within" is actually pretty complex and not usefull for tooltips.

And geee, THANK YOU, now "optimal" bothers me as well ... Lol
