so i wish too move me and my alts in too a wh for p.i, but every wh i see has POCO's up and insane tax wich is understandable, but most POCO'S are from corperations that are no longer active,

now my question is simple, how do i get rid or controle over the poco's

is it possible too buy the poco's from any corp that is still active and so how much will the cost me per poco?
or do i have them removed the eve way, with alot of fire power,

You could send a mail to the ceo or members of the corp that owns the POCOs. If you have no luck doing that, shoot them yourself or hire mercs to take them down for you.

how much do merc's cost too take out a couple of poco's in a wh or how much do you pay for a poco if the ceo of a corp is willing too sell them too me,
and so if the ceo is selling them too me, how do you the transfer them over, do the need too be in the wh for the transfer of the poco's,

Mercs will cost you 100-150 per poco to take down iirc., and the ceo should be able to get 70-100m per poco if he wants to transfer.

If the system is unoccupied you can always delete the POCOs with a couple battlecruisers.

what stops you from refusing the docking right after 1 or 2 months and i am stuck with billions in p.i in a wormhole station i can no longer use,

Bashing POCOs isn't really that time intensive and depending on the wh you're actually pretty 'safe' if you are prepared (collapsing all but static wh, critting and bubbling the statcis), even if you decide to afk bash one. I've got a few solo POCO kils in a timely manner - about an hour spamming DSCAN and having a warp out pre selected... use a T3 destroyer (Hecate for example) in prop mode and you can warp out in less than 2.0 seconds being stationary in a full dps fitted ship (no tank at all). Be aware that Shield regen rate at ~30% is about 600-700 dps/s if I remember correctly. Using an empty clone it's also viable to afk bash in a cheap t1 ship.

That being said, if a director of the owning corp is still active, you should write him an eve mail and ask for them to sell the POCOs to you. Normally they'll sell them to you for about 100-200 mil each. But keep in mind the guy selling a POCO has to be in system and cannot do it remotely... he doesn't have to be on grid with the POCO but in the wh. So you'd need to give him a way in and depending on how paranoid you're about him staying in there or sneaking an alt in to have a chain and kill you days/weeks later, you might want to take precautions. Only show him a way in if he's in a shuttle and an empty clone, pod him after he sold the POCOs (tell him about it upfront). Take a scenic route to show him the way in (fleet warps). Crit the incomming hole beforehand and collapse it as soon as he's in.....

Probably even easier: join a wh corp

i know its probley easier too join a wh corp, :)

but where is the fun in that, doing it the hard way is the eve way, and after a couple of years in eve the hard way is the best way in terms of making isk,

no risk no shinny isk.

but i have thought about your advice and ill probley end up buying the poco's saves me lots of time and effort in bashing the towers,

If you let billions of isk of PI stack up in a system with a HS static, youre an idiot. Honestly, its a really low risk offer given the cost of PI infrastructure (compared to site running, t3 production, other WH isk making stuff). Just don't be a lazy ****. Take the 2 minutes to scan out the HS and move your crap out every few days.

You know what IS risky? Setting up as solo citadel, investing a bil or two on pocos, with limited characters when you dont know jack about operating in wormhole space. Oh, and being a condescending **** to people trying to help you is a good way to get on the eviction list if you do actually move in to a hole solo.

I don't know what you think I could possibly have to gain from that, considering you could be moving your **** to HiSec with such frequency that black mail would be extremely hit and miss. Regardless, there are other people already taking advantage of my offer if you need a reference.
