Hi guys,

So I'm trading for a while now but gonne make a hold for one month and get my 3 characters out for some pvp in 0.0

2 of my 3 chars are well trained for pvp, my 3th I'm gonne start some skills but here's my question,

What setup/ships would you bring to search ratters/miners in 0.0 and gank them?

I was thinking of a Tengu (already trained), a nemesis and some other ships, maybe interdictor, so many choices and I don't know what to pick.

I figured to get one tackle and 2 dps ships...

Suggestions are welcome! Thnx in advance,

Tengu with covert cyno + 2 Black Ops.

Alternatively, a Sabre w/ cloak + hyperspatial rigs plus a pair of Stratios for DPS and neuts.

There are a lot of other possible combinations, it all depends on how much you are willing to lose (eventually), how skilled are your characters, and how comfortable you are when multiboxing.

Also a bomber +2 black ops. Bomber as hunter/ fast tackle, covert cyno dropper.

Inty and 2 T3Ds if you want to go cheap and fast. BSes might be an issue you just have to hit their resist hole and preferably while they have rat aggro.

You will have better luck IMO/from my experience going with fast and light rather than heavy and slow. If you stick to destroyers and smaller you can move quickly through systems. If you use a bomber you can move fairly quickly and be a lot more selective with target hunting and drop heavy hitters on ratting BS and such.

There are so many choices. The main thing though is to use whatever you feel you are capable of managing and losing. Some ships/setups require more micro managing than others.

I haven't met that many folks that can effectively triple box pvp. I recommend you start with dual boxing and kind of keep track of all the free time you have during an actual dual boxed pvp engagement. When your 'free time' gets to about 20% it's time to start considering throwing a 3rd character at the fight.

If you're at the point in your pvp career where you are asking advice on what ships to triple box with, then you're most likely not ready to triple box pvp.

That being said, go for ships with passive regen or a huge buffer so you don't have to manage reps. I've found flying identical ships across multiple characters eases the load on your brain and removes a fair few opportunities for 'stupid mistakes' being that all the ships involved work the same exact way.
