I have completed an after action reports of this week's events in the Scepter Constellation of Outer Ring. Feel free to read it.

To summarize, the Villore Accords destroyed 10.4 billion isk in assets, for a loss of 4.1 billion. As stated in the report, the families of those crews lost will be compensated from the salvage of the destroyed enemy fleet.
