Citadel vulerability timer and downtime

Hey all!

So i was reading some info about ppl anchoring citadels to time it with DT , but is is still being reset vulnerability timer if it is being anchored right before DT?

It's not reset. The timer stops at downtime and picks off where it stopped after downtime.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.
