I really look for are char like yours... but the problem u have is that everyone can calculate how much u get when u extract the skills (wont be much)...so when i give u 3b it sounds hard, but when u start calculating u will see it isnt that bad.

So i say 3b.

that would pump a character you need time or 12 Injector skill that will cost you 7,56b. If you buy it already finished you need 6,36b, (4b price + 2 plexus) ready to use, no need waste time to buy and inject skils and SP, and a unique name. you save 1,36b. And you get your character faster than if you do it yourself.
