Hi,

I have a problem with fitting cloaking device ii on Stabber. It requires cloak skill level iii and I have the skill already but it keeps saying that I don't have it.

showing us the blue skill book just means that you have all the prereques to inject the skill. The requirements tab is showing you that you do not have the skill injected and then trained to level 3. If you had the skill at least injected that red "X" would be a yellow circle.

ergh is correct. The clue is in the Improved Cloaking Device II window.

If you have a skill needed to use an item, but the skill level is still too low, in the Requirements tab, that skill will be highlighted in YELLOW, with a yellow circle next to it.

If you do not have a skill needed to use an item, that skill will be highlighted in RED with a red X next to it.

Your Improved Cloaking Device II window shows the Cloaking skill in RED with a red X, which means you have NOT injected that skill yet. If you really do have the cloaking skill injected, the Cloaking Level III would be highlighted in yellow with a yellow circle if your skill level is too low.

If your skill level is high enough to actually use the item, the skill will be highlighted in BLUE with a teal/green tick mark next to it.

If you really have injected the cloaking skill and the game is not recognising it, the first step is log out and log in again to force the game to re-load your character data. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to submit a ticket to get CCP to look at the problem.

A little more on this.
Even logging out and back in may not clear a confused client if it does not then you may want to try clearing your cache.
