SOLUTION TO PROBLEM AT BOTTOM OF POST

So I just reformatted my computer and am currently running windows 7 64bit. I've played EVE with no problems before the I reinstalled my OS but now the launcher crashes on startup. A white window the same size as the launcher appears and sits in limbo for a few seconds before crashing. I've tried reinstalling the launcher but the same thing happens.

CPU: i5 4690k (not overclocked)
GPU: GTX 780
RAM: 8gb DDR3
