Vex Malleus Alternative Management Solutions Likes received: 40	#1 - 2016-08-17 20:30:08 UTC 1 I finally managed to setup my command center on the planet. I then trained my skills to upgrade, but even at like level 4, I could not upgrade the command center! I give up. lol Gonna try exploration.

Click on the "Upgrade" icon (bottom left of the Command Centre window). Click on the grey bars to upgrade to the desired level. Click submit. I suggest you watch some videos - PI isn't difficult, just complex and needlessly over-clicky.
