Is anyone else having issues logging in via launcher?

Where normally the 'play' button would be I get the following message:

Sorry, but an error occured while processing your request.
Error code: 31BA9EE1-85BA-4F09-83C9-D0BA280B9F38

Dropping this question here while I look into it further.

Have you tried turning it off then back on again?

Have you tried creating a support ticket at https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us ?

Finding it odd, that those of us with those issues can't do that either, Bug report won't post,,, I can put it in all day long, hit send,,,, nothing.

Some browsers don't work on the support/account page site. My IE won't work. I use Firefox just for this purpose.

iirc the ticket system (or was it the bug system) won't complete in your browser when you send it, but it still generates a ticket on CCP's end.
