Simple summary is: ship landed on grid with us and nobody could lock it. It warped from their citadel so we assume it's still tethered as we've seen stuff like this happening before.

It's getting to the point where it looks like people know ways to reproduce this bug and now using it for tactical advantage: aka starting to break the game.
