Is there a guide to high sec ganking?

I want to try my hand at high sec ganking but have no idea where to start. My toon is relatively new having about 5 million SP. Can anyone point me in the right direction on what skills I need to do it and how to do it and where etc...? Please let me know.

P.S. just came back after 3 years so I am like a total noob.

Seriously?

Go to the minerbumping website at www.minerbumping.com and click on GANK. There you will find training plans,ship fitting, techniques and general advice on ganking.

Read "The Code" and the daily postings of James 315 for motivation on why ganking is a noble and necessary part of Eve.

FInally, join minerbumping channel, password to be found in the GANK tab, to make contact with the Eve ganking community and to get in on Code enforcement.

Highsec is worth fighting for.
