Problem with reading .DDS files

Hey all,
I am trying to read a .DDS file I exported via TriExporter.
I am trying to read it with GIMP with all the plugins needed.
I get an error that the file's header is incorrect, I also tried on a friend's computer with Photoshop and the NVIDIA plugins and the same error occurred.

Is this a problem with eve migrating to DX11?

Do you know of a way to solve this problem?

I am trying to make a 3D scene in Blender with EVE assets and I can't read the textures :(
