Graphics issue on 'optimize for quality'

For some reason, whenever I undock with my graphics set to optimize for quality, the screen will flash black a few times, and then I get this error message: http://imgur.com/a/hejvP. I then have to close the game via Task Manager and relog. The strange thing is the game used to run before on high quality, but now it's impossible to play on high quality and that makes me sad :(.

Also, my audio has been acting up, and by acting up I mean it's completely vanished with no apparent explanation. These are my audio settings http://imgur.com/a/IIlQA.

EDIT: First link is broken somehow, the error message said "application exefile has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware"

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!
