Random game crashes "CCPExefile has stopped working"

Hey, since about 2 weeks ago i started to get random crashes while playing EVE Online.
The crashes have no pattern and occur sometimes after an hour of playing and sometimes my game crashes just as it loads up
i reinstalled the game several times and it still crashes... Also something that i realised is that all .dmp files that are created when the game crashes are corrupted and have a total size of 0KB. Is this a known problem and if yes is there already a known fix for it?

EDIT: Also i've noticed if i get to undock without crashing it takes several minutes until the station and ship models are loaded no matter on wich settings i run it.

ive been having the same issue. well today, I can't get back on that character at all. no problem logging on to my alt, but game freezes when I try to get back on my main. ive tried updating windows, updating java, and my video card. no effect. Deleted the eve folder client and even the launcher in the CCP folder. still no go. Used an Event viewer and every crash is the same, event id#1002. Im guessing either a patch conflict or a corrupt item in game causing my main to glitch or crash when I try to log in. Ive put a ticket in and Id suggest everyone do the same that has this issue.
