I don't know how much work this would be, but it would be very comfortable to have 3 checkboxes for the visibility of sell orders, just as for contracts:
public / alliance / corp

if you dont want to sell to pubbies live someplace NBSI and have them banned from docking... we do NOT need cartel forming on the "only ALLIANCE X is allowed estamels modified coffeemaker" scale of things

And lets be fair, if that was a thing the entire pandemic wrecking ball of would fit 12 of them
