[PROPOSAL] Chat Tabs

I would like to propose a feature much like overview settings that apply to chat tabs.

The purpose of which would to put them in a defined order, keep them in that order between log off and log on and then be able to color-code said tabs.

It would be a nice thing and I think a lot of people would enjoy it and benefit from it.
