Interesting. If more corporations hired financial officers to produce such statements, perhaps some of my ambitions regarding a financial sector would bear fruit and be more workable.

With our newfound operational policies, we seek to increase transparency of our economic operations in the cluster. We firmly believe this will prove beneficial in the long-term, both for ourselves and for those interested in conducting business with us in the future. May the path for all of us be prosperous and innovative.

I am not sure if you are implying that I may be doing this for ego, or if I should be embarrassed, neither is the case. Confusion aside, information like this may be uncommon among capsuleers but it is practiced often by legitimate businesses within the Caldari State and its various sectors.

As Director Bouchate says we seek to be transparent in our dealings. Transparency garners trust, and trust brings healthy relationships.

I mean nothing more than that you are displaying your assets in a very public forum, sir. I have far too much respect for your corporation and your parent organisation to be truly contentious.

Honestly, the bad old days are over. Patriots and Liberals don't have to be at each other's throats anymore.

Perhaps. I do sense they see the successes of Ishukone and those under its influence as a threat; one they will ultimately seek to suppress or remove in time. I suppose we can only wait and see if other Patriots reveal the same open-minded outlook as yourself, Mr. Tuulinen.

I may even invest in Grey Steel. Give myself a reason to celebrate Ishukone success.

I always knew that I-RED were nothing but gallentean rags.

So tell me, I-RED pilots, how does it feel for you, playing with money with a taste of spilt Caldari blood?.....

You all are disgrace. To betray the State for a handful of isk.... Enjoy your riches while you can, hnolku tyuui.

You are aware that most, if not all of the eight conduct some kind of trade with the Federation. This includes mutual investments. The low-security proxy war does not change this fact. I dare say that your State is far different then the real State.

The trade relationship between the State and the Federation is extensive. It is arguable that the two are more intertwined economically than any other pairing of the empires. In my experience the State benefits more from this arrangement than their Federal counterparts and the Caldari are very lucky that most of their corporate leadership recognizes the value of this symbiosis. I-RED included it seems.

I enjoyed the report. Keep up the good work.

Well, lets analyse this part more seriously.

- Dividend Payout / Republic Aligned Corporations: 0.00 ISK (0.0 Million)
This is actually expectable. Who would want to deal with such untrustworthy business partners?

- Dividend Payout / Empire Aligned Corporations: 0.00 ISK (0.0 Million)
The Amarr Empire is #1 trade and military ally to the State. It should really be suspicious they don't deal with them, especially taking into account that the Empire is the largest faction

But then look further, whom they decide to deal with instead of our best trade partner?... With Federation. They accept Federal investment, not neutral, not Amarr, and just tiny amount of State aligned corporations. Actually, it would be interesting to know, which of "State Aligned" corporations have supported them? It might turn out that investments could came just from their own pockets and they just tried to represent it as 'State' investment, while it could be 100% Federal venue. Well, of course it is just a hypothesis, but I won't be surprised if it turned out this way. If Provists would still be in power, they could have launched investigations and followed all the threads. But as they are gone, we, citizens of the State, should ourselves root out rotten trees from our forest.

Lord Tash-Murkon. The trade relationship between the State and Federation was quite extensive before YC110. After Caldari Prime was liberated and Gallenteans started their invasion into Black Rise, our corporations started to tear away ties with the enemy. Even such liberal corporation as Hyasyoda was walking together with the rest of the State. When I was a young pilot, I have worked a lot for Hyasyoda's security arm - the Corporate Police Force. And despite they were in the opposition to the Executor, they have still backed his actions and were together with the rest of the State, aware of gallentean threat. The only mega that was still dealing with the enemy was the Ishukone, who started to distance themselves from the rest of the State under Reppola's rule. After some of their conspiracies were uncovered, including infamous deal with prisoners, when Ishukonites were buying out their own people from Federation, leaving the rest to rot in the prison, I myself decided to never work on any of liberals myself. I don't think Hyasyoda had to do anything with Ishukone treacherous behavior, but I decided to follow their own motto - 'only the paranoid survive'. So I've severed our ties.

And now, returning to I-RED, their behavior looks even more bizzare than Reppola himself could commit. I am not going to recite what they have done in the past, but just look at their investment table.

The numbers speak for themselves. I-RCB in majority is a Federal controlled corporation.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

The finer details of trade and truthfully life are beyond you Ma'am. Opportunities to find a trustworthy organization who is seeking investors, who is willing to adopt a dividend system among capsuleers is a rarity. That is why we have no investments within the Amarr Empire.

Also you appear to fail to understand that these dividend payouts are paid out to Ishuk-Raata, which means we own holding shares in their organization, not the other way around.

Capital investment amongst capsuleers is such an undeveloped baby. It's not even a baby, it's a fetus. I'm guessing this company has less than two dozen investors, and that's probably more than most capsuleer companies. The fact is, there is almost no open trading of securities/equities. So I wouldn't read too much into this statistic, due to the small sampling size. I doubt that Ishukone is rejecting all Matari investors, I think it's much more likely that this is anomalistic due to a small sampling of investors.

Same goes with the Amarr. It's not suspicious at all, it's quite likely that Amarrian and Matari investors simply haven't been in the mix due to the niche, private nature of capsuleer corporate investing.

Let's be brutally honest, I can count the number of 'opportunities to invest' that haven't been scams on the fingers of one finger.

IF this is on the up and up, otherwise there never has been one.

A trustworthy reputation is worth more then a few billion isk. I, along with our board of directors don't plan on tarnishing the Ishuk-Raata Brand, of that I can promise the interstellar community. You can be assured this is a legitimate practice.

We do have investments abroad. So there are others who commit to such practices as we do, they are just less prolific.
